Each Lueur piece is crafted and packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your piece’s journey home.

Please note: Lueur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We encourage customers to ensure their delivery location is secure.


Return & Exchange Policy

All jewelry sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We understand the importance of finding the perfect piece. If your item is unworn, in its original packaging, and meets our return criteria, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange:

  • Email info@lueur.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address via email.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  • After inspection, we will issue store credit or process your exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted for worn, altered, custom, or sale items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Permanent Jewelry Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of permanent jewelry, all permanent jewelry sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once the chain is cut, welded, or altered.
  • If your chain experiences wear over time, we are happy to offer a one-time complimentary re-weld (if the original chain is still intact).
  • Additional re-welds or repairs may incur a service fee.

We recommend treating your permanent jewelry with care to preserve its beauty and longevity.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for items in pristine condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • We recommend keeping your return tracking number for your records until your exchange is complete.
